3. Trademarks

JoyMakers™, Jibit™, The FOCUS Framework™, the JoyMakers logos, and all related names, graphics, branding elements, and service marks are trademarks or service marks owned by JoyMakers Media, LLC or used with permission. You may not use any trademark or branding element without the Company’s prior written permission.

4. Accounts and Family Use

Accounts are intended to be created and managed by adults. Parents, legal guardians, educators, or other authorized adults are responsible for supervising any child’s use of the Site and for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

Unless otherwise authorized by the Company, paid account access is licensed for personal household use only and may not be shared outside your immediate household or other licensed educational use.

5. Digital Courses and Downloads

When you purchase a digital course or downloadable resource, you receive a personal license to use those materials. Your purchase does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

You may not upload course videos to other platforms, redistribute downloadable resources, share account credentials, sell or sublicense the materials, publicly perform the Content, or otherwise distribute JoyMakers materials without the Company’s prior written permission.

6. Feedback and Suggestions

If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, comments, recommendations, or other feedback regarding the Site or the Company’s products or services, you agree that the Company may use such feedback without restriction or compensation.

This provision applies only to voluntary feedback and does not transfer ownership of any separate intellectual property that you independently own.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Berkshire County, Massachusetts, or the nearest court of competent jurisdiction.
